Philip is the BEST!!!! My husband and I contacted him on a Thursday evening around 5... by 6:30 he was showing us a home that was posted that same day!...by 9 pm we signed all the documents and put in an offer that he suggested was best. Thankfully due to his experience with offers we were able to go under contract by Monday beating the handful of other offers the seller received. He referred us to a great mortgage lender, inspector, and lawyer. Here we are 30 days later and enjoying our home! Phillip truly made buying our first home a breeze! We are forever greatful for him!
