This was my 3rd time working with Phil. Can’t say enough good things about him and his wife Cate. Even though this is the 3rd house I’ve bought I’m far from an expert and Phil always makes himself available to answer my questions and explain things. Phil is definitely interested in helping you get into the right house, not just a house. If he sees red flags he points them out. He’s very trustworthy and if you’re working with him you are in good hands.

Phil and Cate represented me on a recent purchase and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They were on top of every issue that came up and fought for me every step of the way. They were always available when I needed them and they promptly kept me informed of everything and how it might affect me. Never did they push me to make a decision, small or large. At every step of the way, they wanted to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the subject. I can't sing their praises more highly. My wife and I are both in our mid 80's and have "difficulty in getting around". Phil and Cate represented us in listing and selling our home. They assisted in all phases of preparing and selling our home. In the beginning, they provided us with comparable homes sold and currently listed for sale in our community to assist us in reaching a reasonable market valuation. They performed "Herculean" tasks getting the home ready to "launch", and were always helpful and constructive in scheduling our home for viewing by other agents and prospective buyers. Their initial projection of the ultimate valuation of our home was incredibly accurate, showing their knowledge of the market. Once the home was in contract, they worked tirelessly in assisting us in packing and disposal of various items, as well as the cleanup . They were always cognizant of our physical limitations. They truly went above and beyond what a realtor is required to do. I cannot imagine how we could have survived this process without their caring, planning and execution of all phases of our sale. They leave us not as former clients, but as true friends.

Choosing a real state agent is a serious decision because you will bring this person into your life for a few months. Working with Phil was easy …and he always has the support of his wife Cate who adds grace to the relationship and strengthens the support offer. I would recommend this duo to all my friends and family. I sold and bought well with their assistance.

Phil and Cate are truly professional real estate agents. They stayed with us through reviewing several properties before we found the one that said "home" to us.
