Moving from out of state can be a frustrating challenging experience. We started our search with trepidation- Phil was overtly accommodating and patience as we looked at 13 houses over a two day period. Once we found the house we wanted Phil helped with the negotiation, as well as the entire process to close, even representing us during the house inspection, and when the house needed a plumber -Phil was there finding us a plumber and working with him as they fixed the few issues (what agent does that????). End of day, I could not have found a better agent to help us through the buying experience. 10/10 5* Job!
