Additionally, he took our list of "Must haves" and "Want to haves" and put together another group of homes and helped us find one that hit EVERY box! Not only that, he worked closely with our lender and helped structure the deal so that we managed to get more home for our money. During the process there were a few snags, but Philip was right there walking us through what was going on and really fighting for us and protecting our interests (not to mention providing moral support to us when we were ready to throw our hands in the air and give up)! In addition to the actual purchase process, when we mentioned some things we'd like to do to upgrade the home, he provided us with numerous resources for all of the work we mentioned.
