He made the sale of our property go smoothly without a hitch. He met all the repair people for us, and he worked well with the buyer's agent. Working with Phillip, we were able to relax, and let him take care of all concerns. He was able to sell the property with tenants, and we received more money than we expected.

Phillip has walked us through the entire sale process. He has explained every step of the process, which has made things go smoothly. The open house was very successful, and we were able to sell our home immediately. Also, the amount we received for the sale was more than we expected.
