At 31 he helped me purchase my first house. I was impressed by him pretty much from the first day we started talking. He helped explain the entire process the first day we went out to look at properties. This put me at ease knowing what I was about to walk into. My husband and I hired Phil up to sell an investment house we had in Alameda. He found a buyer and the house did not even need to be staged so we saved on costs.
