Phil was the buyers agent on the first condo I sold. He did such a good job putting a fair deal together for both sides that I hired him as the listing agent for the second condo. Living out of state made me very dependent on Phil and having him there for me saved a lot of stress. He preformed at the highest level including going above the typical scope of work by assisting with staging, cleaning, minor electrical and cosmetic touch ups. With the events of 2020 mounting and a tough real estate market, Phil doubled down on showings, marketing and delivered everything I could have asked for. I would have been lost with out his guidance.
