Philip Frankel

We live in NYS and Phil was our agent in the Bradenton area. We have bought a number of homes over the years and have talked to many friends who have done the same. Phil is far and away the best agent we have ever come across. Most importantly, he listens. We first had a phone meeting where we described what we were looking for. When we came to town he showed us properties that were the type that we had discussed previously. He has a lot of information about the neighborhoods, the homes, the area in general. He educated us which was so important as we were out of town. Phil was incredibly hard working. We didn't find anything our first trip, but Phil kept on looking and sending us possibilities. Most of them were "it's not what you're looking for, but take a look anyway." Eventually, it was, "Take a look at this one. I think you'll like it." He was right. We came down to look and that was the one we bought. All along, he didn't just send us a listing, but he gave us additional information to help us in our process. Phil is on top of every little detail. I asked a lot of questions and he either knew the answer or found it and then got back to us. He was on top of the little details for the home inspection and the closing. Being out of town, it was reassuring that Phil was there. The closing went off without a hitch. By the way, we closed the day after Hurricane Helene. Phil went out after the hurricane to make sure the house was without damage. He then met our son a few days later to hand over the keys. Most importantly, Phil is a nice person, an honest man, and has become a good friend. You won't go wrong with Phil.

Phil did a great job with the purchase of our new home and maneuvered through some issues with the seller. We felt good about our partnership with him!
