Philip has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only is he professional and kind, he’s always willing to go to bat for us. He has been a fantastic advocate providing guidance, encouragement when we needed it, and even recommended great local companies to help us with repairs as we prepared to list our home as well as for moving once it sold. He helped to make a stressful time in our lives a lot easier. We have now worked with Philip and his team to sell two homes (both selling above asking) and to purchase our new build forever home! We would 100% work with him and his team again and would recommend him to everyone we know!
