Completely Seamless! You would have thought Philip and Amy invented selling homes the way our transaction went. To say we are impressed with the Red Wagon Team would be an understatement. Amy called us on a Friday evening around 8 pm, which was honestly the most convenient time for us, and we were so thankful for her accommodations. On Sunday Philip and Amy came over to meet with us, by Monday afternoon there was a sign in the yard, and by the following Sunday we were going over the 18 offers we'd received- ultimately going under contract that night. One week! That's all it took, and we are still so impressed and thrilled with the team and their efforts. The resources they used, from social media posts, to making an entire promotional video of our home were top notch! Their communication is also something to mention as there was never a time when we felt out of the loop or confused by anything. The final sales price, the professionalism, and the expertise were spot on. We never though selling a house could be this easy. Thanks again Philip and Amy! We are so grateful for you.
