Exceptional!!! It was such a pleasure working with Philip Donahoo, this is my 1st time buying a home and being new to the home buying process was very overwhelming and Phillip assisted a lot in making this process a little more manageable, he was very knowledgeable, kind and professional, he always had answers for me, he did an excellent job helping me get everything completed in a timely manner, we went from the offer to closing in 4 weeks. Philip was incredibly patient and provided a lot guidance and support in several multi offers situations.
