We worked with Phillip and Amy in 2018 to sell our home when we moved out of state. When we decided to move back we came back to them. Amy spent endless hours to make sure we saw everything we wanted, including previewing houses before we arrived in town. She dedicated a whole week to our home search. Philip did such a great job getting our house sold. He priced the house higher than we expected and it sold in 2 days. The negotiation went smoothly and he explained the different scenarios clearly. My only complaint is when our house didn't appraise. I wish he could've done more about that. Perhaps offer to take a hit on his commission since we had to take a $7K hit off the original offer. Overall, we were pleased with our experience with Philip and would recommend him to others.
