Philip DeCarlo was an amazing agent. He helped us with everything with the sale from staging to cleaning and hiring local repair people to fix issues discovered during the buyer's inspection. Phil got us over asking price and we had accepted an offer in the first day of listing. There were some snags with our buyer and Philip helped talk us through it and protected the sale and my interests as well. I would highly recommend working with him, he bent over backwards to be sure that we got what we wanted and made it easy. I wasn't just a paycheck, Philip made us family.
