Phil took on a task that was harder than my family and I could imagine when my mother passed. Not only did Phil deal with the logistics and legality issues but also the emotional issues involved with the selling of ones mothers home and personal belongings. If you are looking to purchase or sell a property, I highly recommend you calling them. They assisted us in the purchase of our first condo in Florida which was a different experience than purchasing a home. They provided us with all the professionals (insurance, inspector, etc) we needed as well as arranged a remote closing in NY. They were always available to answer our questions and walk us through the entire process. There were a few minor hiccups which they assisted by bringing together the right folks and pushed to ensure the closing occured timely. Throughout the process they provided us with advise and tips. Even now after our closing, they continue to assist us with our move from NY to Florida by proving us with contacts and moving tips. We were so pleased with our experience with Phil and Lisa that we hired them to sell our home in New York.

Philip would go to properties and send us videos for us to view. We live out of state and when things came on the market we wanted see them before making plans to rent a car, get a hotel and fly in. Once we made an offer on the place of our dreams Philip handled so many details and made sure we were up to date with all the information. He was so helpful when the Inspection was done in handling the repairs with the other realtor and owners to make sure the repairs were done. He also handled things we could not because we were in CT.

Philip DeCarlo was an amazing agent. He helped us with everything with the sale from staging to cleaning and hiring local repair people to fix issues discovered during the buyer's inspection. Phil got us over asking price and we had accepted an offer in the first day of listing. There were some snags with our buyer and Philip helped talk us through it and protected the sale and my interests as well.
