We had been searching for our first home for years and met with a number of real estate agents, including some who helped us with putting in offers on various properties fell through. So even though we were first time home buyers, we knew that when we met Phil, he was special. From the get go, Phil made the whole house buying process seem more manageable. He helped us focus our expansive search on a handful of towns that met our family's needs (commute, school districts, quality of life) and if there was ever something he did not know of the top of his head, we knew he would get back to us quickly with a well-thought out answer. Not only is Phil knowledgeable, but he has excellent taste. And we quickly learned we could trust his assessments regarding whether a certain property was worth us coming from an hour away to visit. Phil has an eye that only comes from experience and upon entering a house he was immediately able to pinpoint its flaws and its assets. Phil made himself available to us under even the most impossible of circumstances and was prepared to move mountains to make our home dreams come true. He was consistently checking in on us throughout the entire process and made us feel comfortable with every stage. In addition to being an incredible agent, Phil was kind, funny, and just a generally good and enjoyable person to be around. We hope to keep in touch with him as we settle into our new home and if we ever decide to move to a new home or town we will absolutely use Phil.
