Made Everything Easy

Phil was just great, our offer was declined outright but went back 5 months later and Phil got the deal done. Settlement pricing had an error in the sellers favor, before it even came to me, he had submitted for correction saving us hundreds! Call whomever you want but If needed, I'll be using Phil.
