Phil provided recent comps to assist fair pricing of our inherited property in Port Charlotte. The sale was made in a reasonable time, and Phil made the process as easy as possible. He even contacted the title company as soon as we had a contract to determine what documents we needed to provide since it was an out-of-state sale that involved the death of two relatives and a trust. That helped the title company to avoid delays in the title search. Phil is an excellent communicator and answered all calls and emails very quickly.
