Phil was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the area and what prices we could expect to get for our vacant land. He went to bat for us to get the buyer to meet our price. I would definitely call on him for any future needs in the area.
Phil was a big help guiding us on the purchase in South Gulf cove. He was very knowledge on the community . We told him our wish list and he put together several properties for us to look at.He also went out of his way to make the closing easy for us since we where only in town for a few days. He also is still assisting us in finding a home builder with a reputable history.

In 2016 my brother and I used Phil's services to find the right property for my brother. Phil was awesome Phil was able to answer any and all questions. As my brother later retired and continues to recover from his stroke in 2018, he decided he wanted to sell and look for something closer to me. Because of the great job Phil did before it was a no brainer to go to Phil to sell his house. Phil checked out the changes that had been done to the house and additional lots and worked to figure the best way to sell the house. We implemented all of Phil's suggestions and once again a home run . The house had a full asking price contract after only fifteen days of being listed. Needless to say when my brother goes looking for his next house, we will be following Phil's guidance. Great guy to work with!
Phil is very knowledgeable, he had the answers to all of our questions and made the experience of purchasing land very comfortable.
