Phil is a God send. and I am not just saying this. He is really a patient man! He responds to your emails promptly despite having a house full at home! He does have the patients of a saint, He would have to, in order to put up with my ever changing mind. He worked hard to find us the right place. Even on our small budget. If you are looking for someone that knows what he is doing and has patients and is there when you need him. He is the guy to go to! Rather it be for a home you are looking for a home loan!

Phil is by far the greatest you will ever find. Super responsive and very knowledgeable. Very patient and good at putting your mind at ease. We've used him for several transactions and will use him for any future ones and refer him to friends and family.

Phil really took the time, any time of day or night, to address my questions and concerns and keep me in the loop. He was willing to meet whenever we were able to be in town, and kept in touch over the months until we decided on a place. In short he makes things fluid and gets communications out fast so you stress less. He will even consistently contact your lender to make sure everything is going smoothly.
