We had been working with another realtor who showed us a few condos in the building where Phil happened to live. A couple of the units were his listings and so he was present at the showings. He met every prospective buyer as they came through the house He had open houses with agents on site every Sunday until the house sold. Once the house sold Phil was present for the home inspection and the appraiser from the lender to make sure everything went smoothly. I received my asking price in a much faster time than I thought possible.
