Phil was so soo great to work with. We met up with him at a local coffee shop and had a REAL conversation with him about what we wanted and where we were at as far as wanting to buy our first home together. We knew right away that we were going to like working with him because he was real and genuine in the way he spoke and answered all of our questions. He brought up a grant program and class that we soon signed up for and had never heard of before! We always felt comfortable around him, to ask him any question without judgement. We sort of felt like we were working with a knowledgeable family member who had our best interest at heart always. Phil and his team helped my husband and I find our first home in about a month and we closed pretty quickly with everything considered!
