He was great to work with and i have since refered him to others including my parents and believe me you dont just introduce anyone to your parents! Phil helped us find our home in Payson, Az. He helped us get in contact with the right people to get qualified for the loan and etc. We would have been lost without his expert help. He knows the rules and laws. If we had any questions he had the answers. If he didn't know the answers, he would tell us "I'll get back with you on that". He did get back with us too within 30 min. When we did finally find the home we wanted, he helped us locate the right people to get the inspections done that we needed. We are now in our new home and we are very satisfied.
