When my father passed away I had to sell his house. I live out of state, so I needed someone to be my feet on ground. Phil advised me on what things needed done and found the right people to do them. He kept me informed every step of the way. Phil's knowledge in all things real estate is impressive. Having never sold a home before, I had a lot of questions. Phil and Dawn were amazing. They made a difficult time a little easier.
