Phil is the best and we would highly recommend him. He worked patiently with us for well over a year as we explored options in southern NH. Eventually he suggested we consider building a home which we had not considered previously. He found us a great new neighborhood with homes being built by an outstanding builder and we couldn’t be more pleased. Phil is highly professional but more important, he is a great person to work with. If you chose Phil you will not regret it.
