Experience was excellent! We were successful on the first house that we made an offer through Phil. We had not purchased a home in 17 years or using a negotiated bidding process. Phil educated us and was attentive, strategic, patient, and personable. He worked with us even while on vacation. The closing went smoothly and was executed efficiently.
