I hired Phil Elburn to sell my house in Grand Rapids, MI, while I was residing in NJ. This means that with my absence, I gave Phil all responsibilities regarding the sale. Due to Phil's professionalism, experience and knowledge as a real estate agent, he sold my house in less than 3 months, during Michigan's cold Winter weather. Phil devoted a considerable amount of time and effort towards the sale. This was my first house sale and I had many questions and needs. Phil was always willing to share his professional advice. His calm and collected personality mitigated my remote closing anxieties. Phil showed my house on subzero degree days and during bad snow storms; was always accessible (even on his vacation) and monitored the house for its safety. His hard work got us four signed contracts, but through no fault of his the first three contracts fell apart. I would recommend Phil to anyone who has real estate needs. He provides excellent service.
