Review of both buying and selling of condos with Phil as our professional in the realty market

Phil was our realtor as we searched for a condo near the south side of Marion county. We relied on his knowledge of the market and current prices pricing in making several offers and in selecting and negotiating the price on the condo we purchased. We then listed our condo for sale with Phil. He did an excellent job with the scheduling of showings and following up to determine interest level of viewers in the property. Unfortunately the market and loan interest rates changed during the time we were on the market and the unit did not sell as soon as we had anticipated. Phil helped us through price changes and negotiations in the sale. Since we had already left the Indianapolis area for the winter prior to the closing of the sale, Phil did a lot of things to assist the closing with us in a remote location. If we were to move again I would certainly be in contact with Phil
