Moving from out of state

Phil was so helpful from the beginning. We had a difficult situation because we were moving from out of state but couldn’t travel to IN. Phil was detailed in going through houses with us over video and seeing us video of houses. We felt much more comfortable with the whole process because of his expertise. Also just a nice person and made himself available at times that worked with our schedule. Quickly responded to any messages. Thanks!
