Excellent home buying experience.

Phil was very patient with us in finding our new home. This was a downsizing move to find a home that met our needs for our age and circumstances. His professionalism, knowledge and quick response to our questions was helpful in finding a home long distance. He was always on time for showings. He did virtual tours with my daughter and daughter-in-law to check out houses. When viewing homes he was great to point out things that would need further investigation. We ended up purchasing a new build and he was great guiding us in the construction process. He took extra care to protect us as buyers in all written agreements. Above all his kindness, integrity, flexibility and calm nature made this move a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him to others to find the home that suits their needs.
