We met Phil when we saw a house which looked interesting, called the number on the sign, and Phil, without hesitating, agreed to show it, even though it wasn’t his listing. During that showing, Phil patiently and calmly answered our many questions, freely offered his opinion every time we asked for it, and pointed out things we hadn’t noticed which he thought were significant. We didn’t get that house (too much yard for us at our ages), but we knew Phil would be our agent. Over the next several months, we repeatedly phoned Phil about different houses we saw online, and he always took our calls, or immediately texted us telling us he was tied up, but would call us back - he always said when he would call us back (which was always the same day, usually more like 30 minutes to 2 hours), and he always called us back when he said he would, and patiently answered our questions). Phil often sent us listings he thought we would be interested in, and showed us many houses we were interested in, and he always gave us a lot of his time, and answered all of our questions. When he helped us find the right house, he repeatedly relayed our questions to the builder, and quickly gave us the builder’s answers. We saw Phil deal very well with other agents too - very professionally, and always looking out for us. Phil was early to our closing, answered our questions, and made sure we got everything we needed. Phil is the best realtor, by far, I ever, in my 66 years, met, and truly a Godsend.
