Phanerrica Muhammad is an amazing agent and outstanding individual. She has helped me purchase a home and did so with class and grace. I am a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help throughout the process. She held my hand through the process. She was available to me at all times of the day and night and spoke on my behalf whenever I needed her to reach out to the seller. Prior to purchase Phanerrica showed me many homes and helped me identify my needs and narrow down what I was looking for. She even introduced me to people she worked with that would help me in the future with regard to insurance, repairs, management, and more. Once the home was identified Phanerrica made the process very easy on me. She walked me through the paperwork and informed me of everything that was stated in the paperwork. She answered questions that I had and she helped ease my stress during this process. She helped with inspections and was unique in that she was with me in every step. She showed up to the inspection and asked just as many questions as I did. She identified areas of concern and worked with me to figure out if this was a good decision. Finally, she made me feel comfortable with the process and served as my representitive at the closing. I still keep in contact with Phanerrica as she checks up on my property and asks me if I need anything or any help with anything. She continues to inform me of new things that might help me as an owner. I would recommend Phanerrica Muhammad to anyone who is interested in a great agent who will help them purchase a property.
