Mrs. Phaedrea Watkins is an excellent realtor! She worked with us to build a new home for nearly 6 months. She explained everything so that we would be very knowledgeable throughout the process. She met with the builder to discuss the home updates and always accompanied us when we went to meetings with the builder. She visited the building site and sent us pictures so we would stay updated as to the progress of the builder. She was always professional but yet very personable which we valued thru this process. She negotiated for the best deals for us with the builder. We moved last week. My husband and I are so thankful for her presence as it made the buying and building process so much easier for us!
