Awesome realtor

Petros was an awesome realtor to work with. This was our first home purchase and we were nervous, excited, confused, and a thousand other emotions during the process and Petros was very supportive throughout. We really appreciated that he was incredibly responsive and available whenever we reached out to him. Petros was also very honest with us. We were on the fence about making an offer on a place that checked all our boxes but was slightly out of our comfortable price range and he reminded us that it’s a big decision and we don’t have to rush or settle and that he was very confident he could find us something that we didn’t feel “on the fence about”. He was right, a few weeks later we found that place, which checked more boxes we didn’t even know we had, and it was all thanks to his honesty and not rushing us just to close a deal. Our purchase ended up being a short sale for the seller (which was a surprise to us). Petros explained the short sale process to us, cautioned us in advance that it could realistically take a significant amount of time and patience, he didn’t shy away from the increased work that meant for him, and stuck it out with us through 7 months of back and forth with the seller’s agent, his lenders, our lender, and escrow. Without him, we might not have made it to the finish line and closed escrow on this place. But we did it and we are so happy. Petros is definitely someone we would enjoy working with again and recommend to everyone.
