Petra did a fantastic job (from start to finish) selling our San Diego home! My family and I were relocating to Dallas, Texas and we only had a few weeks before we had to make the big move. From the moment we met her, we could tell that she had a lot of knowledge about the real estate market in general, and the San Diego market in particular. She was very familiar with Serra Mesa (not many people are) and provided us with a list of comparable properties as a part of her market analysis. Petra was honest about what she thought our house was worth, and we appreciated that because many realtors will over promise and under deliver. Our home sale process was a bit trickier than your typical seller because we were working with a relocation company. Petra specializes in such transactions so she told us how best to approach the situation when it came to the inspection, repairs, etc (she recommended quite a few individuals who helped us with the repairs). She put our house on the market in the afternoon on a Friday. After holding 2 open houses that weekend, we got our offer on Monday and accepted it on Tuesday! It was the quickest home sale we had ever experienced. The buyers wanted a 21-day escrow and the whole deal took no more than a few weeks. All in all we were very happy and greatly appreciated Petra's hard work. We highly recommend her for your home sale needs, she rocks!
