He was there for us in every way...spent so much time away from his family. Did not expect to buy a house now, but there was an option he brought up that made sense. He'll bend over backwards for you...just be transparent with him and he'll return the favor. He's not only our realtor; he's become a good friend. And now, to update, we've bought and sold 2 houses with him and he keeps getting better and better....very pleasantly persistent without annoying pressure.
