Licensed as an Agent/Realtor since 2004, Peter Stamison has sold over $300 million of property to and for his clients. His passion is to help people and in Real Estate that means first and foremost to navigate what is typically their largest financial transaction. "Whether my clients are buying or selling their home, the key is to help them recognize exactly what they want out of the transaction and then get it with as little stress as possible." Peter sought out specialized education in this area of Real Estate and has since earned the designations of Certified Probate & Trust Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Short-Sale foreclosure Resource, and HAFA Certified. Peter has been happily married for 21 years. He considers himself a family man first and spends much of his time outside of work with his wife and two children as part of the Santa Clarita community.
