As first time homebuyers, Peter made everything very easy for us. He walked us through the entire process and connected us to everyone else we needed.As we were looking for homes, Peter gave us an honest assessment of prices, and did significant research into comparable homes. When we were interested in making an offer he even went to the property himself to do his own assessment before we put in a bid. It never felt like he was pushing us toward particular properties, or pressuring us to make an offer at any given time.Additionally, Peter was always extremely responsive, and fit everything comfortably around our work schedules. Peter guided me through my first home buying experience in the Malden, MA area and I don't believe it could have possibly gone any better.
