Peter sent several property listings, online, to me for review. In no more than a week he sent me one I fell in love with. He set me up with a walk-through of the home, promptly developed an offer that was accepted, though we had competition already, and followed through with every required inspection scheduling, and document signing, through to final walk through after the loan was approved. The entire process took about the amount of time Peter predicted and his ongoing attention to details and preferences was superb. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything progressed, which was mainly due to having a realtor who stays in touch, explains each required step and promptly answers all questions, either personally or through a staff member.
