I dabbled with potential realtors and home purchases prior to reaching out to Peter Parker. Within the first 15 minutes of our initial phone call, it was apparent that he had an incredible amount of knowledge about the industry and real estate purchasing strategies. That was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. :) He patiently met with me at potential homes in various regions until it finally dawned on me that I needed to be closer to my daughter's school in Rancho Cordova. One Sunday morning "the house" flashed through my Zillow updates. Within hours we were preparing and submitting our offer. It was accepted the very next day. It's been a bit of a whirlwind with a couple points where the home sale almost didn't happen due to a low appraisal and a hefty bill on things found in the inspections, but he went back to the table to renogiate the terms of our purchasing agreement. Peter has gone far and above what anyone would expect of a real estate professional to help me through this process. Unfortunately, a waterline broke two days after getting my keys and he personally went to the sight of the home to check it out for himself.
