There was also a issue that was not common. Pete admitted that he didn't know all the in and outs of the situation but would find out. He got the information and helped us make a great choice. Pete helped me prepare my house for sale. He even found a guy to install the flooring that I had bought a year before. He explained a lot of things that I had not even considered and made sure that everything was done properly and legally. Settlement went like clockwork. He even had a framed print made to look like a painting of one of the pictures of my house for me. I was totally surprised and happy with the whole process.
