Peter was our third realtor and was the only one to thoroughly explain the home buying process to us, from our responsibilities, to his, the sellers, the lawyers and the bank. He is also very knowledgeable about the area we where looking in, the type of construction, the condition of furnaces, etc. and even the plants used in landscaping. Overall he made the experience very relaxing & fun and I happily refer him whenever I get a chance.
