Peter knew the area and the market he was going to include to market this property to. This was not an easy home to sell, but Peter’s knowledge of the area was great. We also liked that he regularly kept in touch with us as to what was happening. He sold the house with all it’s difficulty’s in a short time which was great for us because we didn’t live close and we appreciated that very much.
