He really understood the market where I was selling my home and thus researched the best listing price to attract multiple viewings and offers (received three offers in the first day, one of which I accepted). He would spend over an hour on the phone with me, explaining each stage of the process and answering any questions I had. When it came to preparing the home for sale, he went so far as to suggest certain landscaping and even grabbed a shovel and showed me how to dig a hole for plants. You're not going to find a real estate agent like this who goes above and beyond the call of duty.
