If I needed to see the same house again he always said no problem and gave me good advice to make sure i was looking for the right house for me. Peter helped us buy a foreclosure about 10 months ago. We had done alot of leg work prior to him and had decided what foreclosures we were interested in and he set up showings for us immediately. He was very informative of the pros and cons of each of home and was patient with us. His strengths are definitely personable, follow up, familiarity with the foreclosure process, and negotiation. I negotiate for a living and he was superb at how to get to the numbers we wanted. I was prepared to pay a little more for the house than the numbers we actually agreed to. I was a little miffed at a couple of items that we wanted fixed that there was a bit of lack of follow thru on, but I should have maybe stressed these items more. But I was fairly demanding and price negotiation was my number 1 concern. Peter is the best at this. I would definitely use him again.
