Peter was extremely helpful in assisting me to get my property on the market in a very short window of time. He knew my condo building very well which was essential with facilitating the sale. He is very knowledgeable and diligent and follows through. He was in communication with me often by phone or email. I would highly recommend him.

Peter is an amazing and professional Realtor. He found a reasonable staging company that staged my condo beautifully. He worked with a floor restorer to refinish the hardwood floors. Peter literally was touching up the paint! He presented me with an offer on my condo the day before the staging was installed and even before the first open house. The offer was over asking with no contingencies. The entire process was smooth and effortless on my part. Peter worked tirelessly to produce handsome video tours which were posted on Youtube as well as working with a company to professionally photograph the interior of the condo as well as exterior including drone videos of the surrounding area and gardens of the condo building. I cannot recommend Peter enough.

Great job by Peter, he was able to guide us through buying and patiently advised us through our deliberate buying process. He was especially helpful advising how to write the most attractive offer we could to get selected in a competitive market.

I had a great experience with Peter! He was knowledgeable, responsive and made the process of purchasing a home easier! I am a first time home buyer so I had many questions about the process and what to expect during each step. Peter did a fantastic job of responding to my questions and making me feel much more comfortable during the process.

Working with Peter Lekas was such a stress free and easy process. He knows the east bay market and was able to direct me to a beautiful condo of the exact size and location I desired. He was able to negotiate a great price. I can't recommend Peter enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Peter is a consummate professional. He thoroughly knows the market where my home is located and was able to present me an all cash offer in a little over a week. He worked day and night on the sale and kept me informed of every step in the process. I totally recommend Peter to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Peter did an outstanding job selling me home in a difficult market. I had an offer in my hands in under ten days. My home sold at the highest price for my model. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for an experienced, hands on Realtor.

Thank you Peter for helping us from start to finish; from prepping and stagging our house, going over the detailed process, negotiations, and sale. You also got us funded on our out of state new home. You went a step beyond working with agentd on our new home. That effort was a great help. Take care.
