We purchased the home in 2016, & decided in 2010 to rent it after relocating to California. We contacted Peter because we wanted a Property Manager and immediately knew he would do a great job for us. He monitored the property extensively, seeing to necessary repairs and had a network of professionals to work on our property. He found great tenants for us and worked as a wonderful liaison between the needs of the tenants and the communication with us.
