Peter Fina is a true professional, who handled all facets regarding the property management and sale of my town home at Jay Peak. Although I cherished my time at the mountain , certain changes in life affected my ability to get much utility out of the property . Jay is a tough environment, to own a second home 3.5 hours away ; and also, the resort as many know, has been going through a lot of trials and tribulations. Peter not only managed and rented the property , but also was able to procure a sale , under very challenging circumstances . He was able to develop a digital strategy around property rental, and handled all aspects with diligence and professionalism.
