Peter is the standard of what a great person should be. Yes he is a realtor, and he is bar none the best one I have ever worked with. This however is second to who he is as person. You can work in business and meet a lot of people who are great at their job, yet they lack the decency of humanity. Peter does not. He is loving, joyful, peaceful, patient, kind, shows goodness, is faithful to all , gentle, and shows great self-control. This man sums up these qualities better than anyone I have ever worked with before. Peter is a great realtor, but one of the best people my wife and I haver ever worked with.

Peter was truthful, helpful and so responsive to all our questions and concerns! Me and my fiancée are very new in the real estate world and felt like Peter had our best interest at heart in the way he guided us and advocated for us with our new builder! We had a few hiccups with our new construction home that caused the date to be pushed back, but Peter was always on top of it and was super helpful with the inspections and explaining it all to us. Peter Cutile is a phenomenal realtor and a human-centered person you can rely on to ensure you have all the information necessary to buy your next home. My partner and I decided to purchase a house during a time of a great deal of uncertainty. Between Covid, an extremely competitive market with very limited supply, navigating an out-of-state move, and having to work with some generally non-communicative third parties, the challenges were many, but my partner and I could always rely on Peter. If you’re dealing with any of the above, shoot Peter a call because it’s not easy and working with a subpar realtor across these challenges can be impossible. I’ve told him this and it’s absolutely true, while working with Peter it really feels like you’re his only customer, even though that’s definitely not the case. The challenges of navigating an out-of-state sale are pretty vast, and if you’ve ever dealt with a realtor that doesn’t return phone calls, forgets the context of what you need from them or 3rd parties, whose interest is solely their own revenue so they misinform you or massage the truth, or if you’ve worked with a realtor that’s so far in the background you can’t remember why they’re getting paid, fire them and call Peter. I’ve bought several houses in the past, and I’ve never had a realtor that worked as hard or delivered as much value as Peter. I’m extremely lucky to have had Peter’s help on this house and I can’t wait to work with him on my next one!
TLDR Peter has been an incredible realtor. My SO and I moved to Ridgefield, WA from Austin, TX so we had to figure everything out remotely and we were not looking forward to it. Peter setup zoom calls/face time to show us multiple homes, was exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. He was flexible to whatever communication styles we preferred, kept us updated weekly on our build progress, and even made us aware of potential issues or topics we'd need to address in the future as the house came along. He made us feel as if we were his only customer with the amount of time and effort he put into helping us (and I know he is insanely busy). We trusted him so much that we asked him to do our walkthroughs, meet with the builder, etc because we weren't able to fly up due to the builder pushing dates back ambiguously. His attention to detail is second to none. If he was handling something for us we knew we didn't have to worry. If he recommended someone/a company we knew we could trust them. It's provided an incredible amount of relief finding a realtor that is so flexible and caring. I am SO thankful for Peter and will be using him when we sell this place and buy another. I live 5 hours north of Portland and needed to take care of my sister's property as we moved her to assisted living. I had a limited amount of time to start the selling process and Peter bent over backwards to move his schedule around to meet with me and to then get my sister's property ready and listed for sale. I returned to Washington and Peter took care of all the rest of the steps for the sale of this property (sold within 3 weeks) from the photos for the website, to connecting me with the Title company, getting some minor repairs taken care of, and ultimately closing on the property.
