Peter is amazing! This was our first home-buying experience and Peter expertly answered any questions we had; we never felt as though we were asking an uneducated question or that we should know all the answers. Buying a home in this market is one of the most difficult situations and Peter was always patient, available, he worked within our schedules and took the time to provide us with research and details about each home we viewed. Personally, we felt as though Peter's professionalism, honesty, and fun personality shone through in every interaction we had with him, which made us trust him and value his knowledge. We are now in a home we love and have Peter to thank for all of his dedication and commitment.

We were out-of-town sellers, so we knew we needed to find an agent that we could trust and who would do their best to handle everything in our absence. Peter was up to the task. I can’t think of anything that could have been better. Pete was amazing through the entire process, from start to finish. Communication was excellent and he was always available to answer questions. We truly felt like he cared about us and our wants/needs and never felt any sort of pressure from him. We looked for a long time and Pete stuck with us through many viewings and many declined offers. The market was crazy and honestly I don’t think we would have been able to get an offer accepted if it wasn’t for Pete. We are forever thankful!

We had been watching the housing market for months, so when we saw the listing for our home we knew we had to act fast. Pete arranged a tour of the property that Saturday and worked over the weekend to help us write a great cover letter and get an offer in by Monday! He offered really good advice that helped us beat a contingent offer already made on the house. Once our offer was accepted, Pete was extremely helpful and guided us through all of the paperwork. As first time home buyers, we really appreciated that he took the time to explain the entire process. Pete is dedicated to his work, often putting in his own time to read through all of the documentation (including HOA docs). He even created a google sheet for each line item in our 140+ page inspection report with columns for estimates and links to example products - this really helped us price the house we were buying. We were extremely happy with our home-buying experience and would recommend Pete to anyone!

Pete was a great help throughout the home buying process. He helped me get the jump on new properties–sometimes before they were even on the market. We looked at several homes together and his insights into each property helped me hone in on the right one for me. While there were multiple offers for the home I wanted, Pete gave me some tips that helped my offer get accepted without raising the asking price. I am grateful that I had him to turn to during this process as he always took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns in a prompt manner. Pete would provide me with a summary and explanation with each document I received and even gave me a spreadsheet breaking down various costs with links to purchase and contractor recommendations. I would not hesitate to use him again and have already recommended him to a friend of mine as I know Pete will take excellent care of him.
