Peter, Josh, and the team were an absolutely fantastic group to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we had a million questions about the process and they always were patient and kind in explaining everything. They make themselves available to you via email or text, which was great for answering last-minute questions. You definitely feel like they are in your corner and we appreciated their honesty and transparency about the offers we put in. For the one offer we did lose, we felt that Peter prepared the absolute best offer we could afford and with the appropriate amount of risk for us. They didn't want us to be stretched too thin financially or take on too much risk. We did end up finding the perfect home and Peter and the team were pros negotiating for us. Down the road, whenever we go to sell and purchase a new home they will be our first call.
